Ultra Lightweight Vacuum Cleaner, the lightest upright vacuum
cleaner available anywhere.

The Ultra Lightweight Vacuum Cleaner is the lightest full-size upright
vacuum cleaner available. At just 5.5 kgs it’s the perfect partner to
vacuuming with ease. No need to call on help to lift the vacuum cleaner
up stairs, it’s so light and yet, with it’s 1400W max power, so powerful
too.

The accessories comprise long wand hose and crevice tool (that fits into
the wand) so that cleaning up in awkward places doesn’t mean you strain
your back, HEPA filtration, and HEPA bag as well as a class leading
6-metre long powercord.

Payment & Checkout

After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details. Your order will normally be posted within one business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

We accept Paypal only for ebay transactions.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days before submitting payment.

Shipping

Your item will be professionally packaged with care and dispatched in a timely manner. All items are dispatched within one working day of cleared payment being received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We use a dedicated Royal Mail PPI service and APC Courier for heavier and larger items. Both collect from us on a daily basis Monday to Friday.

Please refer to the individual auction for exact shipping costs. We do combine shipping costs on UK orders only and each additional item would be charged at £1.99 per item. To qualify for combined shipping costs you must complete the checkout process within five days.

Warranty & Returns

The Home Garden Store is a full registered Limited company in the United Kingdom and is registered for VAT. As we are committed to helping the environment we will issue a full VAT invoice that will be sent via email rather than sending you a paper copy. This is proof of your purchase which you should keep for your records.

90 Day Warranty

All of our items come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.

We have found with our years of experience that problems can occur during the setup and install which in most cases is easily solved by referring to the user guide or the manufacturer helpline phone number which is found in the user guide. Of course you can also contact us for any further technical advice.

If the item does develop a technical fault which can not be sorted out with the help of the technical support it can then be returned to us for repair, replacement or refund. You will not be refunded if no fault is found or if you simply don’t like the item, this could add additional costs to you as we will not refund any postage costs if this is the case. We will do our up most to try and solve any problems that you are experiencing quickly and efficiently.

However in the unlikely event that you need to return a faulty item to us we will either send a returns postage label or for heavier items these will be collected via courier. We take pride in our customer service and will treat you as we would expect to be treated.

Normally an item returned under guarantee, a cancelled order or simply an item taken out of the box to demonstrate to someone. These products are subsequently thoroughly checked, cleaned and tested by fully qualified service engineers and sent to our warehouse where we can then offer them to you at substantially discounted prices. The item may have cosmetic marks or small scratches which will not detract from the operation of the unit whatsoever and it may have been repacked in a mail order box for secure transportation.

These items represent a fantastic bargain, however please do not be disappointed if there are cosmetic marks or small scratches on the item.

Our ‘Brand New’ items are as the title suggests ‘Brand New’. Retail boxed and unopened, however they maybe end of line or are discontinued stock.
