Payment Details

Payment types: We accept PayPal, bankers drafts and postal orders only, and require payment within 4 days of the auction ending. We no longer accept cheques or bank transfers. Please note we accept payment in GBP£ only.

Collection in person: We are more than happy for you to collect the item in person, however can only accept cash on collection. Please be aware of the £5 collection fee (see "Shipping and Collection" tab for more details). Collection is required within 4 days of purchase, otherwise storage fees may apply at £10/day. We are open for collections Tuesday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. We are co-located in SpaceMaker Self Storage, Ipswich Rd, Colchester, see below for our full address.

Postal orders/bankers drafts: Please make postal orders & bankers drafts payable to "XS Items Ltd" and send to Suite 2, 572 Ipswich Road, Colchester, Essex CO4 9HB with a copy of your item number and your bidder id – without this we cannot identify the payment and dispatch of your item may be delayed.

Change of shipping address: Please note, once paid for, we are unable to change the shipping address and MUST ship to the PayPal confirmed address. Shipping Details

Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping for any items purchased within a 4 day window - please contact us if you require items combining or request an invoice prior to payment.  (Please note it may not be possible to combine some larger/bulkier items). Shipping Lead Times: We aim to ship items within 2 working days of payment clearing (Pallet dispatch is 3 working days from payment). This is the shipping date, not the delivered date.  If you have not received them within 5 days of payment clearing please email us on ebay@xsitems.com or customer support telephone on 0845 200 8370 and we will try to assist.

Signing items: To avoid any potential issues please sign for the item as "damaged".  If there is any damage, we do require that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt. With Pallet Deliveries only: there is a 20 minute "inspection" period where you are able to check the item with the driver present for damage.

Shipping Charges: These include shipping costs, cost of packing materials, wages for packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT and are clearly listed with the item.  Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.

Pick Up/Collections: Items can be picked up from our warehouse co-located in SpaceMaker, Ipswich Road, Colchester, CO4 9HB. We are open for collections Tuesday to Friday; 9.30am to 4.30pm. As we are an internet based delivery company we charge £5.00 per pick up to cover overhead costs relating to offering a collection service. Items that are picked up cannot be returned – please inspect them, to ensure they meet their description, before taking away. We are only able to accept payment in cash for collections. Collection is required within 4 working days of purchase otherwise storage fees may apply at £10/day.

Collections need to be made in person, we do not accept collections from couriers or third parties. Please be aware, no protective packaging is provided for collections, if you require packaging please provide your own

Returns Policy

Our items: We warrant to you that the goods will materially conform with the descriptions given in the entire listing and that we agree and are able to sell the goods to you. Goods purchased via auction may only be returned for ‘mis-description’ if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods setting out why the goods are mis-described. Returns must be pre-agreed in writing. Unless listed as such, our items do not have a manufacturer warranty or warranty offered by XS Items.

Fixed price/buy it now returns: Goods purchased via fixed price listings may be returned if you notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them within 7 days together with any packaging provided. Unwanted items: If the item is as described, the purchaser may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us for a unit cost refund.
