Our aim is to dispatch all items purchased within 48 hours of receipt of payment (except Saturdays and Sundays or Bank holidays).
All items will be shipped by tracked service through Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and will take circa 2 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive with customers (MAINLAND UK addresses only).
Once goods are dispatched we cannot affect transit times to our customer. Transit commitments are provided by Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

Please inspect the package thoroughly before signing for the delivery. It is normal for packaging to show some wear and tear but please carefully inspect the product for any potential damage that may have occurred during transit. If there is any noticeable damage to the package (i.e. forklift holes in the box or pieces falling out of the box), please make note of the damage on the delivery report prior to signing for the product and send us a copy. Once signed for, we nor the trucking company is liable for any damages unless damage was noted on the delivery receipt. Damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and a photo is required.

warranty applies only to the original purchaser, residing in the U.K. and is not transferable. All of
our products are tested professionally by our suppliers.

Warranty service is available by mailing postage prepaid to the authorized service facility provided. Warranty does not cover the cost of postage to send the product in for service. Purchaser is responsible for safely sending the product to repair facility. Please be sure to wrap the product securely when mailing to avoid shipping damage. A valid copy of original invoice and approval of the return is requested before sending any product in.
