This powerful steamer is perfect for cleaning a variety of hard floor surfaces including tiles, lino, sealed laminate and sealed wood flooring. It’s great for refreshing carpets and rugs too.

Once filled with water, it heats up in just one minute and provides around 10 minutes of steaming time. The high temperature of the steam breaks down grease and grime, kills bacteria, dust mites and other allergens, helping to keep your home clean and hygienic.

As cleaning with steam doesn’t require any detergent, it’s kind to the environment and economical too.

Signing items: To avoid any potential issues please sign for the item as "damaged". If there is any damage, we do require that you let us know within 24 hours of receipt. With Pallet Deliveries only: there is a 20 minute "inspection" period where you are able to check the item with the driver present for damage.

Shipping Charges: These include shipping costs, cost of packing materials, wages for packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT and are clearly listed with the item. Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland and Scottish Highlands & Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK.

Pick Up/Collections: Items can be picked up from our warehouse co-located in SpaceMaker, Ipswich Road, Colchester, CO4 9HB. We are open for collections Tuesday to Friday; 9.30am to 4.30pm. As we are an internet based delivery company we charge £5.00 per pick up to cover overhead costs relating to offering a collection service. Items that are picked up cannot be returned – please inspect them, to ensure they meet their description, before taking away. We are only able to accept payment in cash for collections. Returns Policy

Your item will be professionally packaged with care and dispatched in a timely manner. All items are dispatched within one working day of cleared payment being received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

We use a dedicated Royal Mail PPI service and APC Courier for heavier and larger items. Both collect from us on a daily basis Monday to Friday.

Please refer to the individual auction for exact shipping costs. We do combine shipping costs on UK orders only and each additional item would be charged at £1.99 per item. To qualify for combined shipping costs you must complete the checkout process within five days.

Warranty & Returns

The Home Garden Store is a full registered Limited company in the United Kingdom and is registered for VAT. As we are committed to helping the environment we will issue a full VAT invoice that will be sent via email rather than sending you a paper copy. This is proof of your purchase which you should keep for your records.

90 Day Warranty

All of our items come with a 90 day warranty unless otherwise stated.

We have found with our years of experience that problems can occur during the setup and install which in most cases is easily solved by referring to the user guide or the manufacturer helpline phone number which is found in the user guide. Of course you can also contact us for any further technical advice.

If the item does develop a technical fault which can not be sorted out with the help of the technical support it can then be returned to us for repair, replacement or refund. You will not be refunded if no fault is found or if you simply don’t like the item, this could add additional costs to you as we will not refund any postage costs if this is the case. We will do our up most to try and solve any problems that you are experiencing quickly and efficiently.

However in the unlikely event that you need to return a faulty item to us we will either send a returns postage label or for heavier items these will be collected via courier. We take pride in our customer service and will treat you as we would expect to be treated.
